8 chicken drumsticks
juice and peel of 3 lemons
2 tsp oregano
2 crushed garlic cloves
50 ml olive oil
salt and black pepper
Mix the marinade ingredients. Pour the marinade into a 2-litre plastic bag. Add the chicken drumsticks and close the bag. Marinate the legs for at least 30 minutes. Half a day would be even better.
Before grilling, remove excess marinade from the legs and grill the legs until the skin is nicely crisp. Enjoy with a Caesar salad.
