GRILLED TANDOORI-STYLE MUTTON

INGREDIENTS

2 kg mutton

2 tsp cumin seeds

2 tsp fennel seeds

2 tsp cardamom seeds

0.5 tsp black peppercorns

1 tsp chilli pepper

6 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp freshly grated ginger

4 garlic cloves

PREPARATION

Crush cumin, fennel, cardamom seeds, and black peppercorns in a mortar. Add chilli pepper to the mixture. Take a larger bowl and add olive oil, ginger, and garlic to the spice and pepper mixture. Mix and smear it onto the chopped mutton. Marinated meat before cooking for at least 3 hours.
