500 g Saaremaa pork neck
2 larger onions
2 carrots
1 garlic clove
200 g tomato paste
2 dl rice
8 dl chicken broth
salt, black pepper
Cut the meat into pieces, about 2 cm in size. Peel and chop the onions, garlic, and carrots. Pour a little oil into the pot and sear the lean meat in fat. Add the onion, garlic, rice, and carrots to the tomato paste and heat for a few minutes. Add the preheated broth. Simmer in the oven or pot until the rice and meat are tender. Season with salt and black pepper.
